A couple of recent customers went ‘above and beyond’ to thank us for our printing and document binding services. A very big thank you to them all. One sent in delicious gifts and the other a beautiful card and message.
First, Maddy and Em from ‘SSB’ kindly gifted us a box of lovely M&S Chocolate biscuits along with a box of matching chocolates. Yum! The message enclosed read:
“To the team at the Document Centre,
Thank you for all your services and for your brilliant reliability.”
How lovely! A very big thank you to you, Maddy & Em.
Then, in the same week, a lovely ‘You’re a Star’ greetings card came in the post from Lisa, another recent client (see main image). Lisa wrote:
“Dear Mark,
Thank you so much for your help when [my university] managed to lose my dissertations! It really was so very appreciated!”
It was a lovely card and we really appreciated it Lisa – thank you!
We really do have the best clients! Our thanks to all of you who take the time to send us cards, drop off gifts and write reviews and ratings on the likes of Google and Facebook. You too are stars!
